Halloween Cat

Just in time for Halloween: Sooty, our resident shadow. This photo was taken on a bright, sunny day, and you can still barely make out her eyes. She reflects almost no light at all, and from dusk on she's basically a silhouette with whiskers. Here's the twist: Sooty isn't really all black. In direct sunlight you can catch faint calico patterns and hints of orange under the black, the only sign she's related to her mom, Lady Bug. The long, fluffy coat comes from her dad, Bug.
